America’s Most Impactful Project
Winner at the Opportunity Zone Expo
Eagle OZ was the Winner of the Most Impactful project at the Opportunity Zone Expo in Denver on July 15, 2021. In this shark tank-style Opportunity Zone competition, Eagle OZ’s Jamie Nahon presented the Eagle OZ project to a panel of honorary judges including market and government leaders. Eagle OZ was named the Most Impactful project based on many criteria that capture the overall betterment to the community and society at large created by an Opportunity Zone project.

Eagle Infinite also oversees 400+ rental units in select neighborhoods south of Chicago’s downtown core, in and around the University of Chicago and the new Obama Presidential Center, including Bronzeville, Kenwood, Woodlawn, South Shore and Hyde Park. We engage local property managers and brokers to manage these properties. We are proud to offer market rate, workforce and affordable housing in this group. Eagle Infinite has renovated and repositioned some of these buildings achieving accretive returns. This portfolio now consists of new build, repositioned and vintage buildings.
